Jij volgt offertes op, adviseert klanten en bouwt aan duurzame relaties. Met jouw scherpe blik op kansen en jouw professionele manier van communiceren draag je direct bij aan omzetgroei en klanttevredenheid. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met de Sales Manager en zorg je voor een strak en effectief offerte- en CRM-proces. Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden 1. Offertebeheer & Klantadvies - Snel en nauwkeurig opvolgen van offerteaanvragen - Opstellen, aanpassen en optimaliseren van offertes - Klanten adviseren over producten, alternatieven, levertijden en maatwerk - Professioneel klantcontact via telefoon, e‑mail en CRM 2. Relatiebeheer & Commerciële Ontwikkeling - Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke klantrelaties - Signaleren en benutten van upsell‑ en cross‑sellkansen - Proactieve opvolging van warme leads en bestaande klanten - Actieve bijdrage aan omzetgroei én teamresultaten 3. CRM‑beheer & Procesdiscipline - Correct en volledig bijhouden van klantinformatie - Werken volgens salesprocessen en interne richtlijnen - Signaleren van knelpunten in het offerteproces - Bewaken van de pipeline en tijdige opvolging van acties 4.
