Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen scholen, accountmanagers en de interne organisatie. Door het signaleren, ontwikkelen en opvolgen van commerciële kansen help je bestaande klantrelaties te versterken en nieuwe kansen te benutten. Je ondersteunt accountmanagers bij de uitvoering van rayonplannen, onderhoudt zelfstandig contact met scholen en zorgt voor een gestructureerde opvolging van leads, accounts en commerciële activiteiten. Met jouw commerciële aanpak, klantgerichte houding en oog voor kwaliteit lever je een directe bijdrage aan omzetgroei, klantretentie en duurzame klantrelaties. Strategische context Het voortgezet onderwijs bevindt zich in een dynamische omgeving waarin digitalisering, veranderende onderwijsbehoeften en toenemende verwachtingen van scholen zorgen voor nieuwe commerciële kansen. Om scholen optimaal te ondersteunen is het belangrijk dat klantcontacten professioneel worden onderhouden en commerciële kansen tijdig worden herkend en opgevolgd. In deze context speelt de Accountmanager Binnendienst een belangrijke rol. Je zorgt voor een hoogwaardige klantbeleving, ondersteunt de commerciële strategie en vertaalt markt- en klantinformatie naar concrete acties. Door effectief samen te werken met accountmanagers en andere collega's draag je bij aan een sterke marktpositie van ThiemeMeulenhoff.
