- Accountmanager binnendienst - 32 - 40 uur - € 2.750,- / € 3.500,- - Asten Functieomschrijving Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je schakelt tussen telefoon, e-mail, chat en showroom en krijgt iedere dag nieuwe vraagstukken. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Klanten adviseren via telefoon, e-mail, chat en in de showroom; - Aanvragen en offertes opvolgen en omzetten in verkoop; - Klanten adviseren over producten en aanvullende mogelijkheden; - Vragen, klachten en aftersales professioneel oppakken; - Reviews en klantfeedback monitoren en commerciële kansen signaleren; - Meedenken over verbeteringen in de service en commerciële processen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van E-Commerce, Inkoop en Logistiek om klanten van het eerste contact tot ver na hun aankoop zo goed mogelijk te helpen. We zoeken iemand die energie krijgt van klanten, verkopen en aanpakken. Je hoeft niet alles al te weten; een goede commerciële instelling en de wil om producten en productkennis snel eigen te maken vinden we minstens zo belangrijk. - MBO+ werk- en denkniveau; - Ervaring in een commerciële, sales- of klantgerichte functie; - Een commerciële mindset en oog voor kansen; - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden; - Affiniteit met techniek en interesse om nieuwe productkennis op te doen; - Je bent zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en werkt graag samen; - Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels; - Duits en/of Frans is een mooie bonus; - Je vindt het leuk om klanten persoonlijk te helpen in de showroom; - Eén zaterdag per maand van 09:00 tot 16:00 uur werken is geen probleem.
