Bij Stiho Nijmegen combineer je klantcontact met je eerste leidinggevende ervaring. Je adviseert bouwprofessionals, volgt offertes op en zorgt dat klanten graag terugkomen. Daarnaast ben je de rechterhand van de vestigingsmanager. Je helpt het team aansturen en neemt de leiding over als de vestigingsmanager er niet is. Zo bouw je aan sterke klantrelaties en aan je eigen groei. Wat ga je doen? Je hoofdtaak is adviseren en verkopen aan klanten in de bouw, zoals aannemers, installateurs en timmerbedrijven. Daarnaast ondersteun je de vestigingsmanager bij het runnen van de vestiging. Concreet doe je dit: - Stel offertes op, volg ze actief op en verwerk orders nauwkeurig - Signaleer verkoopkansen bij bestaande en nieuwe klanten - Wees het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen, verzoeken en klachten - Help de vestigingsmanager het team aan te sturen, te coachen en het werk te verdelen - Neem de dagelijkse leiding over als de vestigingsmanager afwezig is - Plan de bezetting en zorg mee voor een nette vestiging en een goede werksfeer - Denk mee over het vestigingsjaarplan en verbeter werk- en bestelprocessen Wat krijg je?
