In deze rol ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze internationale klanten en een belangrijke spil binnen het team. Jij zorgt voor een vlotte en klantgerichte afhandeling van vragen en verzoeken en denkt altijd een stap vooruit. Door jouw proactieve houding en snelle schakelen kunnen onze klanten rekenen op een service van topkwaliteit, elke dag opnieuw. Enkele kerntaken - Fungeren als het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten met praktische vragen of verzoeken; - Operationeel overleg en linnen inventarisatie uitvoeren bij de klant op locatie, waarbij je actief meedenkt en problemen oplost; - Intensief schakelen met collega's van productie en het zelfstandig oplossen van knelpunten; - Data-analyse uitvoeren, rapportages maken en bijdragen aan de voortdurende verbetering van onze service; - Nauw samenwerken met je teamleider Customer Service en accountmanagers; - Het zorgvuldig bijhouden van klantinformatie en acties in ons CRM-systeem.
