Een dealer die snel duidelijkheid nodig heeft. Een accountmanager die rekent op jouw opvolging. Jij zorgt dat klanten professioneel en persoonlijk geholpen worden. Als Accountmanager Binnendienst New Business bij MKB Lease combineer je commercieel klantcontact met service, advies en opvolging. Je ondersteunt accountmanagers bij nieuwe zakelijke kansen en helpt klantrelaties verder uit te bouwen. Door de groei van MKB Lease ontstaan er steeds nieuwe kansen binnen de organisatie. Daardoor krijg je een afwisselende functie met ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en door te groeien. Dit ga je doen In deze binnendienstfunctie ondersteun je primair de afdeling New Business. Je bent vaak het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zakelijke klanten, prospects en dealers en speelt een belangrijke rol in het commerciële proces. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - contact onderhouden met zakelijke klanten, prospects en dealers; - vragen beantwoorden en passend leaseadvies geven; - zakelijke leaseoffertes opstellen, uitwerken en opvolgen; - nieuwe klantaanvragen beoordelen en verwerken; - leasecontracten opstellen en zelfstandig afsluiten; - commerciële kansen signaleren en hier proactief op inspelen; - accountmanagers buitendienst ondersteunen in het salesproces; - klantcontacten, afspraken en commerciële activiteiten vastleggen in het CRM-systeem. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je schakelt tussen klantcontact, commerciële ondersteuning en administratieve afhandeling. Daarbij zorg jij steeds voor duidelijkheid, snelheid en een goede klantbeleving.
