Wat ga je doen?

Als Accountmanager Binnendienst ben jij een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor bestaande en nieuwe klanten. Je luistert goed naar de wensen van de klant, denkt actief mee en zorgt ervoor dat aanvragen zorgvuldig worden uitgewerkt.

Je begeleidt orders vanaf de eerste aanvraag tot en met de productie. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega's van onder andere productie, logistiek en planning.

Je hoeft bij de start nog geen specialist te zijn op het gebied van hout. Wel vinden we het belangrijk dat je nieuwsgierig bent en het leuk vindt om het vak te leren. Je krijgt steeds meer kennis van onder andere houtsoorten, behandelingen, kubieke meters en strekkende meters.

Naast je werkzaamheden op kantoor krijg je regelmatig de mogelijkheid om klanten te bezoeken en beurzen bij te wonen. Zo blijf je op de hoogte van ontwikkelingen in de markt en bouw je actief aan je netwerk.

Commercie & relatiebeheer

- Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met bestaande klanten; - Je benadert actief potentiële nieuwe klanten; - Je bouwt aan langdurige en professionele klantrelaties; - Je brengt klantbehoeften in kaart en vertaalt deze naar passende oplossingen; - Je stelt offertes op en volgt deze actief op; - Je voert waar nodig prijsonderhandelingen; - Je signaleert ontwikkelingen in de markt en herkent commerciële kansen; - Je neemt opdrachten aan en verwerkt deze nauwkeurig in het systeem; - Je vertegenwoordigt de organisatie bij klanten, beurzen en andere relevante momenten.

Offertes, calculaties & orderbegeleiding

- Je maakt calculaties en prijsberekeningen; - Je vertaalt klantaanvragen naar duidelijke en uitvoerbare productieopdrachten; - Je bewaakt de voortgang van lopende orders; - Je houdt overzicht over offertes en projecten; - Je stemt af met productie, logistiek en planning; - Je zorgt ervoor dat gemaakte afspraken met klanten worden nagekomen.
