- Werken bij DIT Holding Accountmanager Bouw Deventer Deventer Over de functie Als Accountmanager Bouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en verder ontwikkelen van onze klantrelaties en voor het succesvol inzetten van onze vakmensen uit Polen en Roemenië. Je kent jouw klanten, weet wat er op de werkvloer speelt en vertaalt personeelsbehoefte naar passende inzet vanuit onze internationale doelgroep. Ongeveer 80% van jouw aandacht ligt bij bestaande klanten. Je bouwt relaties verder uit, signaleert nieuwe mogelijkheden binnen de samenwerking en zorgt dat je zichtbaar en betrokken blijft bij zowel onze klanten als vakmensen. De overige 20% richt je op new business: het benaderen van nieuwe opdrachtgevers die passen bij onze dienstverlening en bij de vakmensen die wij beschikbaar hebben. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met recruitment, Business Coördinatie en collega's binnen DIT Personeel. Samen zorg je dat klantvraag, beschikbaarheid en begeleiding goed op elkaar aansluiten en dat plaatsingen duurzaam zijn. Tot je taken behoren verder: - Het onderhouden en uitbouwen van bestaande klantrelaties, waarbij ongeveer 80% van jouw commerciële aandacht naar bestaande business gaat; - Het actief signaleren van aanvullende personeelsbehoefte, nieuwe projecten en commerciële kansen bij bestaande klanten; - Het ontwikkelen van new business, ongeveer 20% van jouw commerciële focus, bij opdrachtgevers die passen bij onze dienstverlening; - Het bezoeken van klanten en werkplekken om zicht te houden op de samenwerking, inzet en ontwikkeling van onze vakkrachten; - Het ophalen en vertalen van personeelsvraag naar concrete opdrachten en passende profielen; - Het voorstellen en plaatsen van vakmensen bij opdrachtgevers in samenwerking met recruitment en Business Coördinatie; - Het bewaken van lopende plaatsingen en het tijdig schakelen wanneer inzet, planning of klantbehoefte verandert; - Het onderhouden van commerciële afspraken en he...
