Door zowel bestaande als potentiële klanten te benaderen. Heeft een bedrijf bijvoorbeeld een offerte aangevraagd? Dan ben jij degene die dit nabelt en zo de behoefte van de klant in kaart brengt. Jij stelt de juiste vragen, wacht je moment af en kopt zo de deal binnen. Klaar is Kees? Zeker niet, want als fulltime accountmanager help jij ook bij de implementatie van de verkochte diensten. En zorg je dat het contact tussen jou en klant goed blijft. Zo ga jij regelmatig langs om te zien of alles nog op en top werkt, terwijl je in de tussentijd je oren en ogen openhoudt voor andere verkoopkansen. Inwerktraject Natuurlijk word je niet direct in het diepe gegooid. Je start namelijk als fulltime accountmanager met een inwerktraject van zes maanden. In deze periode leer je de kneepjes van het salesvak van ervaren collega's, en bouw je steeds meer aan je eigen klantportfolio. Hoe meer je groeit, hoe meer je oppakt en hoe groter je verantwoordelijkheden dus worden. Werkdagen en -tijden Als fulltime accountmanager werk je 40 uur per week.
