Voor een ambitieuze organisatie in de badkamerbranche zijn wij op zoek naar een Accountmanager Buitendienst. In deze functie help je klanten bij één van de belangrijkste aankopen in huis: hun droombadkamer. Je verkoopt geen standaardproduct, maar begeleidt klanten van eerste kennismaking tot een geslaagde oplevering. Je komt direct in dienst bij onze opdrachtgever. Dus geen uitzend- of detacheringscontract, maar vanaf dag één onderdeel van een ambitieus en snelgroeiend bedrijf. Wat ga je doen? Als Accountmanager Buitendienst ben jij hét gezicht van de organisatie. Je voert adviesgesprekken in de showroom én bij klanten thuis. Door goed te luisteren en de juiste vragen te stellen, vertaal jij de wensen van de klant naar een passende oplossing. Jij begeleidt het volledige verkooptraject: van eerste contact tot het tekenen van de opdracht. Ondertussen bouw je duurzame klantrelaties op en denk je actief mee over commerciële kansen. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Opbouwen en onderhouden van klantrelaties (B2C en B2B). - Adviesgesprekken voeren in de showroom en bij klanten thuis. - Klantwensen inventariseren en vertalen naar een passende offerte. - Offertes opvolgen en opdrachten succesvol binnenhalen. - Het volledige verkooptraject begeleiden tot aan de overdracht naar de uitvoering. - Klantgegevens zorgvuldig verwerken in het CRM-systeem. - Actief meedenken over commerciële kansen en verbeteringen.
