De nadruk binnen deze functie ligt nadrukkelijk op new business. Je richt je op het actief benaderen van ondernemers, het creëren van commerciële kansen en het opbouwen van nieuwe klantrelaties binnen het midden- en kleinbedrijf. Je bent dagelijks onderweg binnen jouw regio en voelt je prettig in een omgeving waarin resultaat, initiatief en ondernemerschap centraal staan. Koude acquisitie schrikt je niet af; juist het openen van nieuwe deuren, het voeren van gesprekken met ondernemers en het sluiten van nieuwe deals geeft jou energie. Als gesprekspartner voor ondernemers inventariseer je de huidige situatie rondom afvalstromen en adviseer je over efficiëntere en duurzamere oplossingen. Je weet commerciële kansen te herkennen, bouwt vertrouwen op en bent in staat om prospects te converteren naar langdurige klanten van Milieu Service Nederland. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige commerciële traject; van eerste contact en inventarisatie tot offerte, onderhandeling en contractafsluiting. Daarbij krijg je veel vrijheid om jouw regio naar eigen inzicht te ontwikkelen en zelfstandig invulling te geven aan jouw commerciële aanpak. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van de binnendienst en kunt terugvallen op een professionele salesorganisatie. Tegelijkertijd ben jij degene die verantwoordelijk is voor het creëren van nieuwe business en het verder vergroten van het marktaandeel binnen jouw regio.
