Klinkt best lekker, toch? Als Accountmanager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor je eigen klantenportefeuille. Je bouwt sterke relaties op met klanten, houdt contact met kandidaten en zorgt ervoor dat alles van beide kanten goed blijft lopen. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je bepaalt voor een groot deel zelf waar jouw focus ligt. Ongeveer 70% van je werk draait om relatiebeheer : je bent regelmatig bij klanten te vinden, weet wat er speelt en ziet waar kansen liggen. De overige 30% zet je jouw commerciële skills in . Je benadert nieuwe bedrijven, legt contacten en haalt nieuwe klanten binnen. Zo combineer je vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid met commercie én persoonlijk contact. We werken hard, helpen elkaar en vinden het minstens zo belangrijk dat je met plezier naar je werk komt. En die gezelligheid stopt niet bij de deuren van onze vestiging.
