The posting

Als accountmanager, krijg je de volgende taken:

  • Vertegenwoordigen van het bedrijf en het volledige productengamma binnen de toegewezen regio.
  • Realiseren van de verkoop van het volledige productengamma aan B2B-eindgebruikers.
  • Actief inzetten op een evenwichtige mix van hunting en farming, met de nadruk op marktontwikkeling (hunting) tijdens de eerste jaren.
  • Analyseren van de specifieke behoeften van klanten en aanreiken van passende oplossingen en professioneel advies.
  • Verzorgen van een accurate en transparante opvolging van klanten en prospecten.
  • Up-to-date houden van het CRM-systeem, inclusief klanteninformatie, planning en dagelijkse rapportering.
  • Uitbouwen van duurzame en kwalitatieve klantenrelaties door een professionele en langetermijngerichte aanpak.
  • Systematisch peilen naar klantentevredenheid en ondernemen van passende acties waar nodig.
  • Organiseren van opleidingen voor klantenmedewerkers en winkelverantwoordelijken ter ondersteuning van een optimale klantenservice.
  • Aanwezig zijn tijdens opendeurdagen en adviessessies bij klanten.
  • Bijdragen aan de verdere optimalisatie van het salesproces.
  • Rapporteren aan de Sales Manager.

Welk profiel komt in aanmerking voor deze functie?

  • Minimaal een professioneel bachelordiploma of een gelijkwaardig niveau door relevante ervaring.
  • Minstens 3 jaar succesvolle ervaring als vertegenwoordiger of buitendienstverkoper van technische of bouwtechnische producten.
  • Woonachtig in de toegewezen werkregio.
  • Sterke commerciële ingesteldheid met een evenwichtige mix van hunter- en farmer-competenties.
  • Resultaatgerichte salesprofessional met een sterke drive om verkooptargets te behalen of te overtreffen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, talent voor onderhandelen en een vlotte afsluiter van verkoopgesprekken.
  • Administratief nauwkeurig en vlot in het werken met CRM-systemen.
  • In staat om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken.
  • Sterk georganiseerd, met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Verzorgd voorkomen en in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
