In deze rol als accountmanager Check-out werk je in een open, informele en startup-achtige omgeving aan de groei van Check-out via bol in de Benelux. Je werkt met warme leads, leert hoe je een complexe propositie helder en overtuigend verkoopt en bouwt een waardevol netwerk op in de e-commerce wereld. Dankzij coaching, korte lijnen en veel ruimte voor initiatief kun je snel doorgroeien in verantwoordelijkheid en richting. Ondertussen profiteer je van een bruto maandsalaris van €3.200 - €3.500 (40 uur), 29 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld, een jaarlijkse bonus, flexibele werktijden en de mogelijkheid om hybride te werken. Jouw werkzaamheden als accountmanager Check-out: - Leadbeheer: - Je volgt warme leads op, verdiept je in de business van (e-commerce) partners en onderzoekt samen of Check-out via bol past bij hun groeiplannen en strategie. - Verkoopgesprekken: - Je voert online en telefonische gesprekken waarin je de propositie helder uitlegt, vragen beantwoordt, bezwaren wegneemt en toewerkt naar een duidelijke ja of nee. - Implementatiebegeleiding: - Na akkoord begeleid je partners stap voor stap bij installatie, onboarding en livegang, zodat zij snel omzet kunnen draaien via de nieuwe betaaloplossing. - Target- en pijplijnbeheer: - Je bewaakt je maandtargets, houdt je funnel actueel in de systemen en analyseert resultaten om je aanpak continu te verbeteren. - Samenwerking en verbetering: - Je deelt feedback van partners met collega's in product en operations en denkt actief mee over slimmere processen, betere communicatie ...
