Van een nieuwe weg tot een groot bouwproject: jij zorgt mee dat de juiste materialen op de juiste plaats terechtkomen.

Voor een financieel stabiele speler binnen de bouwgrondstoffen zoeken we een commercieel talent dat graag op de baan is, klanten overtuigt en mee bouwt aan projecten die je letterlijk in het straatbeeld ziet verschijnen.

Je verkoopt geen product dat ergens in een rek verdwijnt. Jouw advies en commerciële aanpak hebben rechtstreeks impact op wegenbouw, betonprojecten en grote werven. Tegelijk beweegt de sector volop richting circulair en duurzamer bouwen, waardoor er heel wat nieuwe mogelijkheden ontstaan.

  • Bestaande klantenrelaties onderhouden en verder uitbouwen.
  • Nieuwe klanten en interessante opportuniteiten opsporen.
  • Wegenbouwers, betoncentrales, aannemers en projectleiders adviseren over de juiste oplossing voor hun project.
  • Klanten bezoeken en voeling houden met wat er op de werven speelt.
  • Offertes opvolgen en het volledige commerciële traject van eerste contact tot levering begeleiden.
  • Meedenken over nieuwe toepassingen, markten en commerciële kansen.
  • Samen met de binnendienst zorgen voor een vlotte planning en levering, zowel over de weg als over het water.
  • Rechtstreeks schakelen met de commerciële directie en eigen ideeën ook daadwerkelijk kunnen realiseren.

  • Interesse in techniek, bouw en projecten die je achteraf ook daadwerkelijk in het straatbeeld ziet.
  • Een vlotte babbel en het vermogen om duurzame klantenrelaties op te bouwen.
  • Nederlands als vlotte werktaal; een goede basis Frans is mooi meegenomen.
  • Zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin.
  • Een aanpak waarbij kansen niet blijven liggen, maar ook worden opgevolgd.
  • Zin om een nieuwe sector en productkennis volledig onder de knie te krijgen.
  • Rijbewijs B en bereidheid om regelmatig de baan op te gaan.
  • Ervaring in de bouw, wegenbouw, bouwmaterialen of technische B2B-verkoop is mooi meegenomen. Ook vanuit een andere commerciële of technische achtergrond kan deze functie interessant zijn.
