Onze tak Contracting is gespecialiseerd in het vinden van freelancers en Project Consultants voor (tijdelijke) projecten bij bedrijven. Om onze groei binnen de Life Sciences-markt verder te zetten, zoeken we nog een Key Accountmanager met ervaring in de sector.

Jouw rol als Accountmanager

Als Accountmanager sta jij, samen met het team, in voor de uitbouw van onze Life Sciences Contracting business. Je focus zal daarbij liggen op de grote, strategic accounts:

  • Je benadert actief potentële klanten en opent deuren voor nieuwe samenwerkingen.
  • Je onderhandelt over contracten en stelt offertes op.
  • Je analyseert de behoeften van de klanten en koppelt kandidaten aan de juiste projecten.
  • Je onderhoudt goede relaties met bestaande klanten en volgt daarbij projecten kort op.
  • Je bouwt je netwerk uit door aanwezig te zijn op netwerkevents, seminaries & beurzen.

Met jouw commercieel instinct zie je snel waar kansen liggen en weet je die doelgericht te benutten. Stakeholders werken graag met jou samen, omdat je niet alleen resultaten boekt, maar ook vertrouwen opbouwt en oprechte connecties aangaat.

Bij voorkeur heb je 2 jaar ervaring in sales of recruitment. Ben je een pas afgestudeerde bachelor of master in een businessgerichte opleiding? Wie weet kan jij ons overtuigen met de juiste drive!
