Je wordt dan ook een echte expert in jouw vakgebied. Het belangrijkste in jouw nieuwe functie is het onderhouden van de relatie met jouw vakkrachten én jouw klanten. Jij weet wat er bij hen speelt en bent oprecht geïnteresseerd in hoe je hen kan helpen te optimaliseren door het plaatsen van de juiste persoon op de juiste plek. Samen met jouw team stel je een plan op hoe jullie de markt aan gaan vliegen. Niet alleen het onderhouden van onze relaties, maar ook het zoeken naar prospectieve klanten hoort hierbij! Jij pakt met gemak de telefoon om die nieuwe ondernemer in jouw regio te bellen en legt hem alles uit over waarom hij met Faber zou moeten samenwerken! Of je gaat op pad om de samenwerking met een oude partner weer aan te halen. Of het nu gaat om een nieuwe campagne, sales-challenge met jouw team of het plegen van acquisitie; jij bent altijd in beweging om zoveel mogelijk blije klanten voor Faber te regelen. De kandidaten die jij bij een opdrachtgever plaatst ondersteun je bij elke stap in het proces. Of het nou gaat om hun ontwikkeling, werkplezier of bij vragen over de CAO. Hun succes is ook jouw succes! Het contact gaat via de telefoon, of natuurlijk in persoon. Dankzij jouw praktische aanpak zorg jij ervoor dat zowel jouw klanten als vakkrachten nog lang met Faber blijven samenwerken. Bij Faber lever je als Accountmanager maatwerk en maak jij het verschil met jouw persoonlijke aandacht.
