We willen groeien, nieuwe markten aanboren en nog meer organisaties helpen met slimme payroll- en HR-oplossingen. Daarom zijn we op zoek naar een commerciële professional die kansen ziet, relaties opbouwt en deals sluit voor onze vestiging in Venray. Jouw uitdaging Als Sales Professional ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van commerciële groei. Je richt je primair op het aantrekken van nieuwe klanten en het uitbreiden van onze dienstverlening bij bestaande relaties. Je weet hoe je prospecten in beweging krijgt, bouwt snel vertrouwen op en vertaalt klantbehoeften naar concrete oplossingen. Jij wacht niet tot kansen zich aandienen. Je creëert ze zelf. Wat ga je doen? - Actief benaderen van potentiële klanten en genereren van new business; - Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van een commerciële salesaanpak; - Identificeren van kansen in de markt en deze omzetten naar concrete opdrachten; - Voeren van commerciële gesprekken op verschillende niveaus binnen organisaties; - Opstellen, presenteren en opvolgen van offertes samen met de afdeling Customer Care; - Uitbouwen van bestaande klantrelaties door cress- en upsell mogelijkheden te signaleren; - Fungeren als sparringspartner voor klanten op het gebied van HR- en payroll dienstverlening; - Samenwerken met de Sales Manager in Nijmegen en de afdeling Marketing bij campagnes, webinars, events en beurzen; - Signaleren van marktontwikkelingen en commerciële kansen; - Bijdragen aan de verdere groei en positionering van Securex Nederland.
