In deze functie ben je het gezicht van het bedrijf en zijn producten. Jouw takenpakket ziet er als volgt uit:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van verkoopresultaten bij distributeurs waarbij je een evenwicht bewaart tussen farming en hunting;
  • Samen met de klant analyseer je hun specifieke behoeften, waarna je passende oplossingen biedt en advies geeft;
  • Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige en transparante opvolging van klanten en potentiële klanten;
  • Je richt je niet alleen op eenmalige verkoop, maar door jouw professionele aanpak bouw je duurzame, kwalitatieve klantrelaties op.
  • Systematisch informeer je je over de klanttevredenheid en onderneem je actie indien nodig;
  • Om onze klantenservice te optimaliseren, organiseer je regelmatig opleidingen;
  • Je rapporteert aan de Sales Manager Distributie België.

Onze ideale Accountmanager kan zich vinden in onderstaande zaken:

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelordiploma en/of hebt een relevante werkervaring van minstens 5 jaar achter de rug;
  • Een sterke kennis van bouwtechnische producten en de bouwsector;
  • Commercieel ingesteld: je bezit een goede mix van zowel hunter als farmer competenties;
  • Gedreven verkoper die energie haalt uit het behalen of overtreffen van verkooptargets;
  • Vlotte gesprekspartner, geboren onderhandelaar en sterk in het afsluiten van deals;
  • Administratief sterk;
  • Zelfstandig en in teamverband werken, met een goede dosis zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel;
  • Woonachtig in de regio Vlaamse Ardennen, Denderstreek of het westelijke gedeelte van Vlaams-Brabant;
  • Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands en hebt een vlotte kennis van het Frans;
  • In het bezit van rijbewijs B.
