Accountmanager -Jeugd en WMO - TenMonks Accountmanager -Jeugd en WMO Binnen het sociaal domein werken we samen met zorgaanbieders en regionale partners om goede en passende hulp en ondersteuning aan inwoners te bieden. Daarbij is het belangrijk dat de kwaliteit en continuïteit van de dienstverlening gewaarborgd blijven, binnen de afgesproken financiële kaders. Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor het management en bestuur van zorginstellingen en weet belangen, financiële afspraken en inhoudelijke vraagstukken met elkaar te verbinden. Je onderhoudt strategische relaties, signaleert knelpunten en zorgt samen met interne en externe partners voor passende oplossingen. Je voert gesprekken op strategisch, tactisch en operationeel niveau en bent een stevige sparringpartner voor bestuurders, directies en managers van zorginstellingen. Je weet wat er speelt binnen de verschillende zorgdomeinen en kunt complexe vraagstukken vertalen naar concrete afspraken en oplossingen. Je denkt actief mee over inhoudelijke ontwikkelingen, signaleert verbetermogelijkheden en werkt samen met beleidsadviseurs en regionale partners aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de dienstverlening. • Onderhouden en versterken van strategische relaties met gecontracteerde zorgaanbieders binnen Jeugd en Wmo; • Voeren van strategische gesprekken en onderhandelingen met management, directie en bestuur van zorginstellingen over inhoudelijke, kwalitatieve en financiële afspraken; • Bewaken van gemaakte afspraken over kwaliteit, financiën en continuïteit van de zorg en ondersteuning; • Analyseren van financiële gegevens, prestaties en andere relevante informatie en deze vertalen naar concrete acties en verbeteringen; • Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten en risico's in de samenwerking met zorgaanbieders; • Fungeren als verbindende schakel tussen zorgaanbieders, beleidsadviseurs, gemeenten en andere regionale samenwerkingspartners; • Adviseren over complexe vraagstu...
