Wil jij als accountmanager Industriële Automatisering werken op het snijvlak van commercie, software en techniek? En zoek je een rol waarin je niet één van de vele verkopers bent, maar juist zelf invloed hebt op hoe commercie binnen een technische organisatie wordt opgebouwd? Technische expertise hebben we volop. Wat we nu willen versterken, is onze commerciële slagkracht. Daarom zoeken we een accountmanager Industriële Automatisering die bestaande klantrelaties verder uitbouwt, nieuwe klanten en projecten binnenhaalt én samen met onze technische collega's commerciële kansen beter weet te benutten. Jouw uitdaging als Accountmanager Industriële Automatisering Als accountmanager ben je het commerciële gezicht van Brainpact richting productie- en logistieke bedrijven. Een groot deel van onze opdrachten komt voort uit bestaande klantrelaties. Die relaties willen we verder ontwikkelen. Tegelijkertijd zoeken we iemand die ook nieuwe deuren opent en Brainpact bij nieuwe klanten aan tafel krijgt. Je verdiept je in de processen en uitdagingen van een klant. Waar loopt een productieproces tegen grenzen aan? Welke automatiseringsvraagstukken spelen er? En waar kunnen software en industriële automatisering een oplossing bieden? Daarbij schakel je met verschillende gesprekspartners: van engineers en technische specialisten tot operationeel management en directie. Je hoeft technische oplossingen niet zelf te ontwerpen. Daarvoor werk je nauw samen met onze engineers en projectmanagers. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de klantvraag helder wordt, brengt commercie en techniek bij elkaar en begeleidt het commerciële traject van eerste gesprek tot opdracht. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van bestaande klantrelaties; actief benaderen en ontwikkelen van nieuwe klanten; signaleren en opvolgen van commerciële kansen; analyseren van klantprocessen en automatiseringsvraagstukken; samen met engineering vertalen van klantvragen naar passende technische oplossingen;

opstellen en presenteren van offertes en voorstellen; voeren van contract- en prijsonderhandelingen; beheren van de salespipeline en forecast; volgen van relevante marktontwikkelingen; zorgen voor een goede overdracht van verkoop naar projectuitvoering. Geen snelle verkoop, maar technische projecten. Onze automatiseringsprojecten kunnen variëren van ongeveer €20.000 tot €1 miljoen. Ook de salescyclus verschilt. Bij grotere of nieuwe klanten kan het traject richting een opdracht maanden duren en soms oplopen tot ongeveer een jaar. Daarom zoeken we geen accountmanager die alleen gericht is op snelle deals. Je bouwt relaties op, blijft in gesprek en begrijpt dat een technisch project vaak begint bij het goed doorgronden van een klantvraag. Je verkoopt geen standaardproduct, maar werkt samen met technische collega's aan een oplossing die past bij de processen van de klant. Wat biedt Brainpact jou? Je stapt in een commerciële functie waarin nog niet alles voor je is bepaald. De technische expertise, projecten en klantrelaties zijn aanwezig. Jij krijgt de ruimte om daar commercieel meer uit te halen en tegelijkertijd nieuwe business te ontwikkelen. een salaris van circa €5.000 tot €6.000 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring; een dienstverband van 32 tot 40 uur per week; een leaseauto; laptop en telefoon; de mogelijkheid om één dag per week vanuit huis te werken; standplaats Venray, gecombineerd met klantbezoeken; directe samenwerking met engineers, projectmanagers en het MT; veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid binnen je commerciële rol; ruimte om je verantwoordelijkheid binnen commercie verder uit te bouwen. Natuurlijk vragen we ook wat van jou Brainpact is een hechte en technisch gedreven organisatie. De collega's zijn over het algemeen nuchter en ingetogen en worden vooral enthousiast van het maken van goede technische oplossingen.
