Functieomschrijving - Korte samenvatting Als accountmanager Manager voor de Decentrale Overheid bij het Kenniscentrum E-procurement ben je de verbindende schakel tussen decentrale overheden, ZBO's en leveranciers. Je stimuleert en begeleidt de implementatie van e-facturatie en digitale gegevensuitwisseling om uniformiteit en naleving van standaarden te waarborgen. Je ontwikkelt relaties, adviseert stakeholders en bouwt bestaande contacten verder uit richting gemeenten, waterschappen en andere overheidslagen. De rol vraagt veel netwerken en frequent reizen door Nederland om persoonlijk overleg en onboarding van leveranciers mogelijk te maken. Je werkt binnen een veelzijdig team dat expertise levert op communicatie, helpdesk, implementatie- en aansluittrajecten en fungeert als vertrouwde adviseur voor zowel het kenniscentrum als de opdrachtgevers. Vereist profiel (verplicht) - Minimaal afgeronde HBO-opleiding. - Minimaal 4 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met overheidsorganisaties. - Minimaal 4 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met e-procurement; ervaring met e-facturatie is vereist en moet concreet onderbouwd worden in het CV. - Aantoonbare ervaring met het begeleiden, implementeren en onboarden van leveranciers op het gebied van digitale gegevensuitwisseling (minimaal 2 jaar gewenst). - Vaardigheid in zowel mondelinge als schriftelijke communicatie om adviezen en boodschappen krachtig over te brengen. - Ervaring met opbouwen en onderhouden van professionele netwerken binnen decentrale overheden en/of ZBO's.
