Jij verbindt klanten met technische experts en helpt bedrijven, overheden en ontwikkelaars met het realiseren van duurzame energieprojecten. Je komt direct in dienst bij de opdrachtgever. BETR Personeel begeleidt je tijdens het selectieproces en helpt je bij het maken van de juiste match. Jouw uitdaging Als accountmanager ben jij de schakel tussen klant en inhoud. Je signaleert kansen, ontwikkelt proposities en zorgt dat duurzame ideeën ook echt tot uitvoering komen. Je hebt gevoel voor zowel commercie als inhoud en beweegt soepel tussen adviseurs, directies en stakeholders. Wat ga je doen? ✔ Aantrekken van nieuwe klanten en onderhouden van bestaande relaties. ✔ Vertalen van complexe klantvragen naar advies- en projectvoorstellen. ✔ Samenbrengen van interne experts om klantvragen te beantwoorden. ✔ Bouwen aan een netwerk in energie en duurzaamheid. ✔ Meedenken over marktontwikkeling en nieuwe diensten. ✔ Offertes opstellen en opdrachten binnenhalen. Een dag in jouw functie Je hebt een afspraak bij een gemeente om te praten over een warmtenet. Daarna bel je met een ontwikkelaar over een mogelijk zonnepark. In de middag stel je een voorstel op voor een haalbaarheidsonderzoek en stem je intern af met een adviseur. Je sluit de dag af op een netwerkevent over energiebesparing in bedrijventerreinen. Wat neem je mee? ✔ Hbo- of wo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld commerciële economie, techniek of duurzaamheid. ✔ Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in B2B-omgeving, bij voorkeur in consultancy of energie. ✔ Je bent commercieel, analytisch en resultaatgericht. ✔ Je kunt goed schakelen met verschillende niveaus, van engineers tot directie. ✔ Je bent zelfstandig, creatief en houdt van een dynamische omgeving.
