Maak het verschil als Accountmanager E-commerce Als Accountmanager E-commerce ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de online omzetgroei van Wijzonol. Je bouwt onze e-commerceactiviteiten verder uit en versterkt de samenwerking met online klanten en verkooppartners. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega's van marketing, productmanagement en sales om commerciële kansen te signaleren én te benutten. Je ontwikkelt een online salesstrategie, vertaalt deze naar concrete acties en bewaakt de uitvoering. Daarnaast analyseer je prestaties en stuur je bij waar nodig om de online klantbeleving, zichtbaarheid en omzet verder te verbeteren. Kortom, jij bent succesvol in het: - ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de online salesstrategie voor Wijzonol; - opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame relaties met online klanten en verkooppartners; - signaleren van marktontwikkelingen en vertalen van commerciële kansen naar concrete acties; - optimaliseren van assortiment, productinformatie en online content; - analyseren van verkoopresultaten, online prestaties en klantgedrag; - ontwikkelen en realiseren van promotie- en campagneplannen samen met interne en externe stakeholders.
