Wat betekent dit nu precies?

  • Afwisseling & Groei: Je werkt aan diversiteit in opdrachten, waardoor je je expertise in verschillende sectoren snel uitbreidt.
  • Gevarieerd takenpakket: Geen enkele dag is identiek; je schakelt vlot tussen de voorbereiding van bouwplannen en het uitwerken van gedetailleerde technische productietekeningen.
  • Software-expertise: Je maakt gebruik van een breed scala aan professionele CAD- en ontwerpprogramma's.

Jouw takenpakket als Account manager bestaat uit:

  • Overleg en afstemming: Je treedt op als sleutelfiguur tussen gemeenten, steden en vastgoedontwikkelaars om projecten vlot af te stemmen.
  • Projectvoorbereiding: Je bereidt de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden inhoudelijk voor en bewaakt de voortgang.
  • Dossierbeheer: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een nauwkeurige documentatie en verslaggeving van elk dossier.
  • Belangenbehartiging: Je onderhandelt professioneel en verdedigt de standpunten van de opdrachtgever met overtuiging.

Profiel

Als Account manager herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je hebt minimaal een A2-diploma met relevante praktijkervaring of een Bachelor op zak.
  • Sector-kennis: Je brengt aantoonbare ervaring mee uit de telecomsector én bent bekend met wegeniswerken.
  • Competenties: Je beschikt over een sterk communicatief vermogen en scherpe onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
  • Software: Je werkt vlot met MS Office-toepassingen en schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende grafische/technische tekenprogramma's.
