Onze klanten zijn onder meer elektriciens, installateurs, productiebedrijven en bedrijven met een eigen technische dienst. Wij bedienen ze met snelle, betrouwbare levering van de benodigde artikelen door onze eigen wagens en chauffeurs. Wat ons vooral onderscheidt is de persoonlijke, betrokken manier waarop wij met onze relaties meedenken en ze adviseren over manieren om hun klanten nog beter van dienst te zijn. Wij leveren topservice (met een glimlach) vanaf het eerste contact en blijven betrokken meedenken. Altijd met volledige inzet en plezier. Want werken met en bij Oosterberg moet vooral leuk zijn. Voor de klant, voor je collega's én voor jou. Waarom wil je werken als accountmanager bij Oosterberg? Als Accountmanager laat je onze klanten profiteren van jouw sterke technische expertise in een markt vol kansen voor groei en innovatie. Wat houdt de functie in? Bij Oosterberg krijg je de ruimte en de tijd om échte relaties op te bouwen met de klanten in jouw regio. 'Scoren' is zeker geen vies woord, maar we gaan nooit (alleen) voor de snelle deal. Het is juist de uitdaging om de vraag áchter de vraag te ontdekken. Als iemand een bestelling plaatst, pak je de gelegenheid aan om het gesprek aan te gaan, advies te geven en te wijzen op commerciële en technische kansen. Waarbij je overigens ook nooit te beroerd bent om even te overleggen met de binnendienst over wat zakelijk gezien de beste oplossingen zijn. Crosselling is wat ons betreft niet alleen een manier om meer omzet te maken, maar ook om je klant nóg beter van dienst te zijn met een totaalpakket dat perfect aansluit bij zijn project.
