Functiebeschrijving Bij Oosterberg krijg je de ruimte en de tijd om échte relaties op te bouwen met de klanten in jouw regio. 'Scoren' is zeker geen vies woord, maar we gaan nooit (alleen) voor de snelle deal. Het is juist de uitdaging om de vraag áchter de vraag te ontdekken. Als iemand een bestelling plaatst, pak je de gelegenheid aan om het gesprek aan te gaan, advies te geven en te wijzen op commerciële en technische kansen. Waarbij je overigens ook nooit te beroerd bent om even te overleggen met de binnendienst over wat zakelijk gezien de beste oplossingen zijn. Crosselling is wat ons betreft niet alleen een manier om meer omzet te maken, maar ook om je klant nóg beter van dienst te zijn met een totaalpakket dat perfect aansluit bij zijn project. Je begrijpt, we gaan voor de langetermijn relatie, waarbij je overigens alle vrijheid krijgt om zelf je eigen commerciële stijl te hanteren. Je takenpakket omvat ook: - initiëren, bouwen, onderhouden en verdiepen van relaties met klanten in de regio; - offertes uitbrengen, onderhandelen en contracten afsluiten; - maken van rapportages en bijhouden commerciële gegevens in ons CRM-systeem; - vergaren en delen van kennis over de markt en de technologische innovaties; - analyseren van marktontwikkelingen en vertalen ervan in commerciële kansen; - jezelf verdiepen in één of meer productgroepen, zodat je daarover bedrijfsbreed kunt adviseren.
