Azuro rekruteert een accountmanager Employee Benefits voor een speler in de verzekeringssector. Afhankelijk van je woonplaats kan de werklocatie en klantenportefeuille bepaald worden.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Je gaat aan de slag als accountmanager EB in het nationale sales team. Je vormt hierbij de schakel tussen de ondernemingsklanten (internationale bedrijven en grote ondernemingen) en de interne life insurance specialisten (dossierbeheerders en EB analisten).

Jouw kerntaken omvatten het volgende:

  • Je legt proactief contact met ondernemingsklanten om te polsen naar hun verzekeringsbehoeften in groeps- en hospitalisatieverzekeringen. Dit doe je door bestaande klanten in niet-leven te contacteren, door deel te nemen aan netwerk events of door het opzetten van commerciële prospectie acties.
  • Daarnaast volg je ook commerciële leads op die binnenkomen via verschillende kanalen: het internationaal netwerk, je collega-accountmanagers in non-life corporate insurance of het partner netwerk.
  • Je gaat in dialoog met klanten en je brengt situatie en behoeften van klanten via een audit in kaart. Je analyseert, onderzoekt en simuleert mogelijke oplossingen in samenwerking met de interne EB Analisten.
  • In samenwerking met de interne EB analisten bevraag je de markt en onderhandel je met verzekeringsmaatschappijen over voorwaarden, tarieven en opvolging van dossiers.
  • Je bespreekt de verzekeringsmogelijkheden met klanten en je geeft hen toelichting bij de diverse verzekeringsopties. Je gesprekspartners zijn HR directors, CFO's en CEO's.
  • Bij nieuwe aansluitingen organiseer je ook infosessies voor werkgevers en werknemers. Je geeft heldere toelichting over de verzekeringen en je geeft presentaties over de inhoud en de werking van de groepsverzekering aan HR of werknemers.
  • Je bouwt een professioneel netwerk op en je houdt jezelf op de hoogte van nieuwe evoluties, tendensen of innovaties in je kennisdomein (sectorplannen, nieuwe regelgeving, wijzigende fiscaliteit, trends, ….).
  • Je analyseert de impact van veranderingen en je adviseert onze klanten waar nodig ook proactief over het optimaliseren of bijsturen van hun employee benefits-aanbod.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in verzekeringen, rechten, financiën of economie.
  • Je hebt minimum 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring (of meer uiteraard!) in employee benefits of groepsverzekeringen.
  • Daarnaast heb je ook ervaring in een commerciële functie in een B2B omgeving.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een sterke troef.
  • Kennis van Belgische sociale en fiscale regelgeving rond groepsverzekeringen.
  • Klantgericht, commercieel ingesteld en communicatief sterk.
