Diversity Recruitment Accountmanager Events Locatie: Amsterdam Werkweek: 30,4 Niveau: Sluitingsdatum: 09/10/2026 Het Concertgebouw is per direct op zoek naar een: Accountmanager Events (V/M/X) voor 30,4 uur per week Over het Concertgebouw Het Concertgebouw is één van de meest bezochte concertzalen ter wereld. Jaarlijks ontvangen we ruim 730.000 bezoekers bij meer dan 700 concerten. Wereldberoemd om onze akoestiek, maar ook bekend om een veelzijdig programma met klassieke muziek, pop, jazz, film- en gamemuziek en hiphop. Met een bevlogen en betrokken team zorgen we iedere dag voor een bijzondere ervaring voor ons publiek. Daarbij geloven we dat verschillen ons sterker maken. We streven naar een inclusieve werkomgeving waar iedereen zich welkom, veilig en gewaardeerd voelt en de ruimte krijgt om op zijn/haar/diens eigen manier bij te dragen aan onze missie: Het Concertgebouw verbindt en verrijkt een divers publiek door de kracht van muziek. Wie ben jij? - Je hebt kennis en enkele jaren ervaring op het gebied van het organiseren/voorbereiden van events. - Je bent praktisch ingesteld, werkt efficiënt en kunt goed overzicht houden. In drukke periodes kun jij het hoofd koel houden. - Je hebt inzicht in logistiek en processen en je verzorgt je werk graag tot in de puntjes. - Je werkt graag samen, zowel met klanten als collega's, maar kan ook goed zelfstandig werken en blijft onder druk open communiceren met je collega's. - Je komt terecht in een organisatie die zich continu ontwikkelt. Je denkt graag in oplossingen en zoekt steeds naar nieuwe manieren om de missie van het Concertgebouw te versterken en onze events verder te laten groeien. - Je communiceert gemakkelijk en helder in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels. Je motivatiebrief ontvangen we graag in het Nederlands. Als je ook kan communiceren met collega's (en andere relevante partijen) met diverse culturele achtergronden en ervaringen, dan juichen we dat toe. Niema...
