Je komt terecht bij een internationale distributeur van innovatieve babyproducten. Vanuit België werkt het team samen met klanten, distributeurs en commerciële partners in verschillende markten.

De organisatie wil haar aanwezigheid buiten West-Europa verder versterken en investeert bewust in commerciële groei. De lijnen tussen sales, marketing, customer service en supply chain zijn kort. De cultuur is ondernemend, internationaal en resultaatgericht, met veel ruimte voor initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid.

Van commerciële kans naar duurzame groei

Als Sales Account Manager Export ontwikkel je markten buiten West-Europa verder. Je beheert bestaande relaties, bouwt nieuwe business uit en vertaalt marktpotentieel naar concrete resultaten.

Je:

  • Bouwt relaties uit met key accounts en internationale distributeurs.
  • Identificeert nieuwe markten, klanten en commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Bouwt een netwerk van lokale agenten op en ondersteunt hen commercieel.
  • Onderhandelt over prijzen, voorwaarden en contracten.
  • Volgt verkoopresultaten en doelstellingen actief op.
  • Analyseert markttrends en klantbehoeften en vertaalt die naar commerciële acties.
  • Vertegenwoordigt de organisatie op internationale beurzen en klantmeetings.
  • Werkt nauw samen met marketing, customer service en supply chain.
  • Gebruikt Microsoft Dynamics 365 om klanten en opportuniteiten professioneel op te volgen.

Jouw doel is duidelijk: duurzame omzetgroei realiseren en de internationale aanwezigheid versterken.

Commercieel sterk en internationaal ingesteld

Je krijgt energie van vrijheid, verantwoordelijkheid en commerciële groei. Je wacht niet tot kansen zich aandienen, maar creëert ze zelf en bouwt relaties uit op lange termijn.

Je hebt:

  • Relevante ervaring binnen internationale sales, export, accountmanagement of business development.
  • Ervaring met key accounts, distributeurs of commerciële partners.
  • Sterke onderhandelings- en communicatievaardigheden.
  • Een ondernemende, proactieve en resultaatgerichte aanpak.
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Engels. Extra talen zijn een troef.
  • De bereidheid om regelmatig internationaal te reizen.
  • Een gestructureerde manier van werken en ervaring met CRM.
