Functie omschrijving - Je beheert de volledige salescyclus: leads kwalificeren, behoeften achterhalen, demo's geven, de businesscase onderbouwen, onderhandelen en closen. - Je begeleidt nieuwe klanten tijdens de onboarding en werkt hierbij samen met support en tech. - Je bouwt je portefeuille verder uit via upsell en cross-sell. - Je volgt ontwikkelingen in de markt en vertaalt deze naar commerciële kansen. - Je denkt mee over de commerciële aanpak en werkt direct samen met marketing en product. Extern spreek je met eigenaren en e-commerce managers, van snelgroeiende MKB-bedrijven tot grotere organisaties. Intern schakel je met marketing, support, product en het key account team.
