Accountmanager bij Jump into People? Dan word je het aanspreekpunt voor onze opdrachtgevers en Poolse kandidaten. In deze veelzijdige rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het hele proces: van kandidaten zoeken en plaatsen tot nazorg. Dus, houd je van aanpakken en wil je impact maken op de arbeidsmarkt? Zo kunnen bedrijven zich focussen op waar ze echt goed in zijn: ondernemen. Over de functieAls Accountmanager bij Jump into People heb je een echte veelzijdige rol. Jij zoekt, werft en plaatst Poolse kandidaten, en onderhoudt contact met opdrachtgevers en uitzendkrachten. Kortom: jij bent de matchmaker die alles bij elkaar brengt.

Dit zijn jouw taken:

- Poolse kandidaten zoeken, werven en plaatsen

- Sollicitatiegesprekken voeren

- In het Pools met kandidaten en uitzendkrachten schakelen

- Relaties met opdrachtgevers en uitzendkrachten onderhouden

- Zorgen voor een goede start

Wat vragen wij van jouJij denkt in mogelijkheden. Zet kansen om in matches. En bouwt langdurige relaties op.

- Je spreekt vloeiend Pools én Nederlands

- Minimaal mbo-4 of hbo-werk- en -denkniveau

- Je legt makkelijk contact en weet hoe je opdrachtgevers en kandidaten verbindt

- Je bent ondernemend en ziet kansen

- Je bouwt graag relaties op en onderhoudt ze
