Heb je feeling met interieur, afwerking of bouwtechnische oplossingen en bouw je graag duurzame relaties uit? Voor een toonaangevende Belgische specialist in hoogwaardige interieur- en plafondoplossingen zoeken we een Commercieel/Technisch Adviseur Spanplafonds. Je krijgt de kans om een innovatief premiumproduct verder op de kaart te zetten bij architecten, studiebureaus, aannemers en projectontwikkelaars. Hierbij combineer je actieve prospectie met technisch advies en begeleid je projecten van de eerste kennismaking tot de uiteindelijke bestelling. Als Accountmanager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële groei van de spanplafondactiviteiten binnen jouw regio ( Antwerpen, Limburg, Vlaams-Brabant en Brussel ). Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en bouwt actief aan een sterk netwerk binnen de professionele bouw- en interieurmarkt. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden - Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe opportuniteiten bij architecten, interieurarchitecten, studiebureaus, aannemers en projectontwikkelaars. - Je bouwt langdurige relaties op en zorgt ervoor dat jouw oplossing een vaste plaats krijgt binnen toekomstige bouw- en renovatieprojecten. - Je adviseert klanten over de technische mogelijkheden van spanplafonds, waaronder ge ntegreerde verlichting, akoestische toepassingen en klimaatoplossingen. - Je vertaalt de wensen van de klant naar een technisch haalbare oplossing en licht de meerwaarde van het systeem helder toe. - Je analyseert plannen, bespreekt projecten met de klant en werkt offertes uit die je professioneel presenteert en verdedigt. - Je blijft het commerciële aanspreekpunt gedurende het volledige verkooptraject.
