Wij zijn op zoek naar een accountmanager die graag met klanten om tafel zit, commerciële kansen ziet en van een goed gesprek een nieuwe opdracht weet te maken. Je krijgt een mooie bestaande klantenportefeuille, maar ook volop ruimte om zelf nieuwe klanten binnen te halen. Wat ga je doen? Als accountmanager richt je je voor ongeveer 70% op het beheren en verder uitbouwen van een bestaande klantenportefeuille. De overige 30% bestaat uit het ontwikkelen van new business. Je onderhoudt actief contact met klanten, bouwt relaties verder uit en ziet waar commerciële kansen liggen. Je luistert naar de klant, denkt mee over passende oplossingen en weet deze op een overtuigende manier te vertalen naar een passend aanbod. Samen met collega's zorg je ervoor dat afspraken worden opgevolgd en klanten goed worden bediend. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Beheren en uitbouwen van een bestaande klantenportefeuille, voornamelijk binnen de financiële dienstverlening; - Onderhouden van langdurige klantrelaties en adviseren over opleidingsmogelijkheden; - Signaleren van commerciële kansen en benutten van upsell- en cross-sellmogelijkheden; - Actief benaderen van nieuwe organisaties binnen én buiten de financiële sector; - Opbouwen en opvolgen van een eigen commerciële pipeline; - Voeren van acquisitie- en adviesgesprekken; - Vertalen van klantvragen naar passende opleidingen, trainingen en maatwerkprogramma's; - Werken met een CRM-systeem en zorgvuldig vastleggen van klantcontacten en commerciële kansen; - Volgen van ontwikkelingen in de markt en deze vertalen naar nieuwe mogelijkheden; - Samenwerken met marketing, planning en inhoudelijke experts; - Rapporteren over de voortgang van de portefeuille en commerciële resultaten.
