Sommige projecten herken je meteen. Een nieuw distributiecentrum langs de snelweg. Een markant kantoorgebouw. Of een gevel die een wijk karakter geeft. Grote kans dat jij daar straks aan hebt bijgedragen. Als Accountmanager Gevel & Dak ben je al vroeg betrokken bij projecten. Je zit aan tafel met gevelbouwers en aannemers. Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor onze accounts en bouwt tegelijkertijd aan nieuwe relaties. Je begrijpt de uitdagingen van de klant, vertaalt technische vragen naar commerciële oplossingen en weet precies waar kansen liggen. Je volgt ontwikkelingen in de markt - concurrentie, prijsontwikkeling, kansen - op de voet, signaleert mogelijkheden in nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten en vertaalt die naar concrete resultaten. Daarmee draag je niet alleen bij aan de groei van SAB-profiel, maar ook aan de gebouwen die het straatbeeld van morgen in Nederland bepalen. Achter je staat een ervaren team van collega's van verkoop binnendienst, technisch advies en planning. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat een goed advies uitgroeit tot een succesvol project. Kortom: een zelfstandige commerciële functie met veel vrijheid, invloed en ruimte om je eigen markt verder uit te bouwen.
