Word Accountmanager High-Tech binnen ons kleine team in Enschede en bouw samen met collega's mee aan de verdere groei van "High Tech Recruitment" in onze organisatie. Heb jij sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en ben je ook nog eens sales gedreven? Wat ga je doen? In een klein team neem je samen met collega's de High-Tech sector in Twente onder jullie hoede. Hierbij ben je zowel verantwoordelijk voor werving en selectie, als accountmanagement. Kortom geen solo rol, maar een job met gedeeld eigenaarschap! Als Accountmanager High-Tech ben je voortdurend in gesprek met mensen. Enerzijds benader je potentiële opdrachtgevers waar je werkzoekenden kunt plaatsen. Anderzijds ga je regelmatig in gesprek met werkzoekenden die in zijn voor een nieuwe uitdaging op de lange termijn. Lange termijn? Inderdaad. Kraeft is namelijk geen random arbeidsbemiddelaar. Wij gaan echt voor de lange termijn en zetten ons volledig in zodat zowel de opdrachtgever als de werknemer 100% tevreden is. Als accountmanager én recruiter in 1 ben jij de verbinder tussen top High-Tech bedrijven en de beste technische talenten. Hoe je dat doet? - Je onderhoudt het contact met bestaande klanten - Je werft actief nieuwe klanten; van cold-calling tot aan bezoek - Zonder goed talent geen match. Je werft en selecteert dan ook actief technische mensen. Je spreekt hen eerst telefonisch, waarna een kennismakingsgesprek op kantoor mogelijk volgt - Bovendien denk je proactief mee naar oplossingen om nog sneller en effectiever het juiste talent te vinden Samen beheren jullie het hele recruitmentproces; van het allereerste gesprek tot de plaatsing van de kandidaat én daarna.
