Jij kan goed luisteren naar de behoefte van de klant en kunt deze vertalen naar een totaaloplossing met onze producten. Klantgerichtheid is je met de paplepel ingegoten en je voelt de kriebels in je buik als je een mooie deal sluit. Elke dag is een nieuwe kans om die klant tevreden te maken! Jij gaat in de buitendienst als ondernemer aan de slag in jouw eigen gebied. Het is de kunst om jezelf te motiveren en vol kracht bij de volgende klant naar binnen te stappen. WAT Als vertegenwoordiger ben je verantwoordelijk voor je eigen planning. Jij bent vroeg uit de veren om fris in je auto te stappen en op pad te gaan om meerdere klanten te bezoeken per dag. De ene afspraak ben je bij een bestaande klant en de andere keer ben je bij een nieuwe klant om naast onze producten vooral Würth als organisatie te verkopen en hoe zij de klant kan ontzorgen. De volgende klant zit al op je te wachten en is benieuwd naar je verhaal. Zou vandaag de dag zijn dat je een mooie deal sluit? WAAR In de regio Doetinchem, in de divisie Hout . Het betreft een fulltime baan (38 uur). WAAROM Würth is master in connecting. Wij (ver)binden klanten, maar ook medewerkers aan ons bedrijf. We zijn een groot bedrijf, maar de lijnen zijn kort. Een dagelijks belletje naar je leidinggevende hoort erbij. Zelfs de deur naar onze directie staat altijd voor je open. Als vertegenwoordiger krijg je erg veel vrijheid in je functie, wat jezelf in je kracht zet en om ondernemerschap vraagt. Hierdoor maak je in korte tijd een flinke ontwikkeling door.
