Voor een sterke en groeiende speler binnen de HVAC-sector zijn we op zoek naar een Accountmanager voor de regio Lokeren.

Jobomschrijving

Als Accountmanager word je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor een portefeuille van professionele klanten. Je bouwt bestaande klantenrelaties verder uit, detecteert nieuwe opportuniteiten en zorgt ervoor dat klanten niet alleen vandaag, maar ook morgen graag met jou samenwerken.

Je bent daarbij regelmatig op de baan, maar combineert dat met administratieve en commerciële opvolging vanuit kantoor.

Concreet:

Je beheert en ontwikkelt je eigen klantenportefeuille. Je onderhoudt sterke, langdurige relaties met professionele klanten en installateurs. Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten. Je adviseert klanten vanuit jouw kennis van HVAC en de markt. Je volgt offertes en commerciële afspraken nauwgezet op. Je denkt mee met de klant en zoekt naar oplossingen die écht werken. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van de binnendienst en andere teams. Je krijgt de vrijheid om jouw regio en agenda zelfstandig te organiseren.

We zoeken vooral iemand die weet hoe je moet verkopen én begrijpt waarover je praat.

Must haves:

Ervaring in sales, accountmanagement of B2B-verkoop. Een goede technische en commerciële kennis van HVAC: verwarming, ventilatie en/of sanitair.

Je brengt mee:

Een vlotte babbel en het vermogen om makkelijk relaties op te bouwen. Een commerciële drive: targets geven je energie. Een klantgerichte en professionele aanpak. Een zelfstandige en ondernemende ingesteldheid. Een hands-on mentaliteit: je ziet werk en opportuniteiten, en wacht niet af. Je hoeft geen gladde verkoper te zijn. We zoeken iemand die klanten begrijpt, vertrouwen opbouwt en weet wanneer hij moet luisteren én wanneer hij moet schakelen.
