Om het succes van Hilti verder uit te bouwen zijn we voor ons Salesteam op zoek naar een commerciële, enthousiaste en creatieve Accountmanager die zich graag verder wil ontwikkelen. Na het unieke onboarding programma (de WIN) ga je op pad in de elektrische Skoda ENYAQ in heel Nederland om klanten van de beste services te voorzien. Je denkt mee met de klant en zorgt voor de beste oplossing. Kenmerkend voor onze Accountmanagers is dat zij altijd voorop willen lopen in bouw projecten. Dit ga je doen Als Accountmanager Industrie in de regio Breda/Tilburg zitten jouw dagen vol afwisseling. Een afspraak met de voltallige directie, een bouwplaats bezoek bij een monteur of een bespreking met een projectleider, je praat met veel mensen. Als partner voor onze klanten stap je in de ochtend in de auto om hen oplossingen te bieden. Inspelend op de behoeftes van de klant, verwachten wij dat jij onze premium kenmerken weet te vertalen naar unieke voordelen voor onze klant. Bij ons draait het om het geven van professioneel advies, maar ook om een 'hands-on' aanpak. Om een goede partner te zijn voor onze klanten kun je snel schakelen tussen een breed netwerk aan contactpersonen. Alle randvoorwaarden en ondersteunde faciliteiten zijn uitstekend geregeld. Wij verwachten dat jij deze optimaal benut en hiermee je klantenportfolio verder ontwikkelt. Je behoudt het overzicht tussen de afwisselende werkzaamheden en trajecten en bent verantwoordelijk voor de invulling van je eigen agenda. Je rapporteert aan je Salesmanager, maar deze geeft jou de vrijheid en het vertrouwen dat ook veel verantwoordelijkheid en zelfredzaamheid met zich mee brengt.
