Je komt terecht bij een internationale distributeur van innovatieve babyproducten. Vanuit België werkt het team samen met klanten, distributeurs en commerciële partners in verschillende markten.

Voor Italië ligt de ambitie duidelijk: de bestaande aanwezigheid verder versterken en nieuwe commerciële kansen benutten. Je werkt nauw samen met marketing, customer service en supply chain en krijgt veel ruimte voor initiatief. De cultuur is ondernemend, commercieel en resultaatgericht, met korte beslissingslijnen en vertrouwen in mensen die ownership nemen.

Van marktpotentieel naar duurzame groei

Als Sales Account Manager Italië bouw je de commerciële aanwezigheid in Italië verder uit. Je stuurt agenten aan, ontwikkelt key accounts en zorgt ervoor dat kansen in zowel gespecialiseerde babyretail als grotere retailkanalen worden omgezet in groei.

Je:

  • Stuurt een netwerk van agenten in heel Italië aan en ondersteunt en motiveert hen in hun commerciële ontwikkeling.
  • Breidt de aanwezigheid uit binnen babyspeciaalzaken en massadistributie.
  • Beheert en ontwikkelt relaties met key accounts en detecteert bijkomend potentieel.
  • Onderhandelt over commerciële voorwaarden en contracten.
  • Volgt verkoopresultaten en KPI’s nauwgezet op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Identificeert markttrends, klantbehoeften en nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Werkt nauw samen met marketing, customer service en supply chain.
  • Vertegenwoordigt de organisatie op internationale beurzen en klantmeetings.
  • Gebruikt Microsoft Dynamics 365 om klanten, opportuniteiten en verkoopactiviteiten professioneel op te volgen.

Jouw doel is duidelijk: de Italiaanse markt structureel laten groeien en duurzame commerciële relaties uitbouwen.

Commercieel sterk en thuis in de Italiaanse markt

Je bent iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid krijgt en commerciële vrijheid omzet in resultaat. Je bouwt gemakkelijk relaties op, weet mensen mee te krijgen en voelt goed aan wanneer je moet onderhandelen, ondersteunen of versnellen.

Je hebt:

  • Relevante ervaring binnen sales, accountmanagement of business development.
  • Ervaring met agenten, distributeurs of key accounts.
  • Ervaring binnen FMCG of retail is een duidelijke plus.
  • Sterk commercieel inzicht en goede onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
  • Een proactieve, ondernemende en resultaatgerichte werkstijl.
  • Een vlotte kennis van Italiaans en Engels. Extra talen zijn een troef.
  • De bereidheid om regelmatig te reizen.
  • Een gestructureerde manier van werken en ervaring met CRM.
