Kick je op rekruteringscommunicatie, digital marketing én sales? Job Point is specialist in job advertising. We zorgen ervoor dat vacatures de juiste mensen bereiken via jobsites, social media, video, print en meer. We adviseren klanten over de juiste mediamix, optimaliseren tekst en beeld, zetten campagnes live én meten het resultaat. Klinkt boeiend? Dat is het ook. Om verder te groeien, zoeken we een ervaren accountmanager die als echte hunter nieuwe klanten overtuigt van onze aanpak.

Jobomschrijving

Als accountmanager job advertising ben jij het commerciële gezicht van Job Point in jouw regio (Oost-Vlaanderen - Antwerpen - deel van West-Vlaanderen). Tijdens je eerste maanden werk je grotendeels vanuit ons kantoor in Drongen. Zo leer je onze dienstverlening, klanten, tools en aanpak grondig kennen. Daarna krijg je alle ruimte om jouw regio commercieel verder uit te bouwen. Je bouwt mee aan de commerciële groei van Job Point door:

  • actief te prospecteren via telefoon en afspraken te maken met potentiële klanten;
  • bedrijven te overtuigen van de meerwaarde van job advertising;
  • vacatures en klantbehoeften te analyseren en de juiste mediamix voor te stellen;
  • offertes op te maken en commerciële dossiers nauwgezet op te volgen;
  • campagnes van klanten op te volgen en mee te zorgen voor optimale resultaten;
  • je eigen klantenportefeuille verder uit te bouwen en klantenrelaties te versterken.
  • Je hebt minstens een eerste relevante ervaring in B2B-sales.
  • Je bent een echte hunter: nieuwe klanten binnenhalen geeft je energie.
  • Je communiceert vlot, professioneel en overtuigend.
  • Je denkt in opportuniteiten en ziet commerciële kansen waar anderen ze missen.
  • Affiniteit met advertising, social media, recruitmentmarketing of videocommunicatie is een sterke troef.
  • Je leert vlot nieuwe tools en apps kennen.
  • Taalvouten? Daar ben je algerisch voor. ??
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Je woont bij voorkeur in Oost-Vlaanderen.
