Commercieel sterk én voldoende interesse in voeding, labo of voedselveiligheid om inhoudelijk mee te praten met klanten? Als Accountmanager Laboratory Services beheer en ontwikkel je een bestaande B2B klantenportefeuille binnen de voedingsindustrie. De nadruk ligt op relaties uitbouwen en commerciële kansen herkennen. Op termijn kun je verder groeien richting new business en sales.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt voor een internationale organisatie die voedingsbedrijven ondersteunt met microbiologische en chemische laboratoriumanalyses. Jij vormt de commerciële schakel tussen klanten, laboratoria en technische specialisten.

• Je beheert en ontwikkelt een bestaande klantenportefeuille in Vlaanderen

• Je bouwt duurzame relaties op en voert periodieke en strategische klantgesprekken

• Je maakt accountplannen op en volgt commerciële doelstellingen op

• Je brengt behoeften van klanten in kaart en vertaalt die naar passende laboratoriumdiensten

• Je signaleert mogelijkheden om de dienstverlening bij bestaande klanten verder uit te breiden

• Je benut cross selling mogelijkheden binnen het bredere dienstenaanbod

• Je werkt nauw samen met laboratoria, technische specialisten en commerciële collega's

• Je volgt omzet, commerciële activiteiten en forecasts op

• Je houdt klantgegevens en afspraken correct bij in het CRM systeem

• Je vertegenwoordigt de organisatie op beurzen, congressen en netwerkevenementen

• Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om op termijn meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen rond new business

Dit is dus geen pure prospectiejob. Je start vanuit bestaande klantrelaties en zoekt van daaruit waar je inhoudelijk en commercieel meerwaarde kunt creëren.

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je hebt ervaring in een commerciële B2B functie, bijvoorbeeld binnen accountmanagement, advies, projectmanagement of een vergelijkbare klantgerichte rol

• Je hebt een bachelor of master, bij voorkeur binnen voeding, laboratorium, biowetenschappen, kwaliteit, life sciences of een vergelijkbare richting

• Affiniteit met laboratoriumdiensten, voedselveiligheid, kwaliteitssystemen of microbiologische en chemische analyses is een duidelijke meerwaarde

• Je kunt commerciële kansen herkennen zonder het inhoudelijke belang van de klant uit het oog te verliezen

• Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt ervaring met CRM systemen

• Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid over je klantenportefeuille en werkt vlot samen met verschillende interne specialisten

• Je communiceert professioneel in het Nederlands en Engels

• Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt

• Je beschikt over rijbewijs B en bent gevestigd in Vlaanderen
