Accountmanager ledenwerving & relatiebeheer NBBU - Nederlandse Bond van Bemiddelings- en Uitzendondernemingen | standplaats: Amersfoort | dienstverband: Fulltime Ben jij commercieel ingesteld, maar draait het voor jou niet alleen om targets en snelle deals? Krijg je energie van nieuwe contacten, sterke relaties en kansen zien in de markt? Dan is deze rol bij de NBBU iets voor jou. Als accountmanager ben je het aanspreekpunt voor bestaande én toekomstige leden van de NBBU. Je laat ondernemers zien wat het NBBU-lidmaatschap hen kan bieden, houdt goed contact met aangesloten leden en weet wat er speelt in de flexbranche. Je krijgt daarbij veel vrijheid om je werk zelf vorm te geven. Zie je een kans? Dan krijg je de ruimte om er iets mee te doen. Wat ga je doen? Je bent veel in gesprek met ondernemers en andere beslissers binnen de flexmarkt. Soms om een organisatie kennis te laten maken met de NBBU, soms om te horen wat er bij een bestaand lid speelt. Je bouwt aan relaties voor de lange termijn en bent tegelijkertijd alert op nieuwe commerciële kansen. Concreet betekent dit dat je: - gesprekken voert met potentiële leden en hen laat zien wat het NBBU-lidmaatschap te bieden heeft; - contact onderhoudt met bestaande leden en deze relaties verder uitbouwt; - kansen en ontwikkelingen in de markt signaleert; - zelf commerciële acties en activiteiten bedenkt én uitvoert; - actief je netwerk onderhoudt en uitbreidt; - de NBBU vertegenwoordigt tijdens evenementen en bijeenkomsten. Wie zoeken we? Je bent ondernemend, makkelijk in de omgang en vindt het leuk om zelf op mensen af te stappen. Je ziet kansen en pakt ze ook op. Tegelijkertijd weet je dat een goede relatie niet altijd direct iets hoeft op te leveren. Je bent commercieel, maar voelt je niet thuis in een omgeving waarin alles om targets en harde KPI's draait. Natuurlijk vind je het leuk om een nieuw lid binnen te halen, maar je kijkt vooral naar wat op de lange termijn goed is ...
