Wij zijn ter uitbreiding op zoek naar een nieuwe (fulltime) collega, die naast het beheren en uitbouwen van de bestaande (logistieke) klanten ook zeker actief zal zijn in het werven van nieuwe klanten d.m.v. netwerken. Wat ga je zoal doen: - Het bij elkaar brengen van vraag & aanbod binnen de personele dienstverlening gericht op de logistieke sector (voornamelijk vaste banen) - Samen met jouw collega's ga je op zoek naar de juiste kandidaten en neem je intakegesprekken af. Jij weet na een uitgebreid intakegesprek precies wat de kandidaat wil/kan en gaat er alles aan doen om de kandidaat binnen jouw netwerk aan een mooie (vaste) baan te helpen - Actief kandidaten aanbieden bij de verschillende bedrijven (prospects en actieve klanten) binnen de regio Rotterdam - Opbouwen van jouw eigen netwerk en de bedrijven met enige regelmaat bezoeken.
