Je bent eerste aanspreekpunt, relatiebeheerder, interne aanjager en sparringpartner voor technische en commerciële vragen. Je combineert commerciële verantwoordelijkheid met techniek en langetermijn klantrelaties. Je werkt met grote vooraanstaande netwerkbedrijven die componenten nodig hebben voor de energietransitie. Van kleinere projecten met laagspanningscomponenten tot samenwerkingen die na een aanbestedingen jarenlang jouw aandacht vragen. Je krijgt ruimte om te groeien, veel te leren over energietechniek en relaties op te bouwen met projectleiders, inkopers en leveranciers. Daarbij werk je in een betrokken Technical Sales-team dat een groot deel van de omzet van Batenburg Energietechniek draagt. Lees snel verder welke mogelijkheden wij je bieden. Je gaat een van onze belangrijkste klanten behandelen; jij zorgt dat Stedin (en op termijn ook andere netwerkbedrijven) kunnen rekenen op de juiste producten en tijdige levering volgens afspraak. Als accountmanager ken je het belang van duidelijke afspraken en snap je wat techniek, levertijd en klantbelang met elkaar doen. Met jouw inzicht worden misverstanden in forecasts, voorraad, leveringsafspraken en klantcommunicatie voorkomen. Je hoeft niet alles zelf op te lossen, maar je blijft wel scherp op wat er speelt en wat richting de klant wordt gecommuniceerd. Om deze rol goed te vervullen, houd jij je dagelijks bezig met: - Onderhouden van de relatie met Stedin en contact houden met projectleiders, regio's, inkopers en gereedschapsverantwoordelijken. - Kritisch beoordelen van forecasts en deze vertalen naar voorraad, inkoop, orderverwerking en contr...
