Als Accountmanager New Business ben jij de aanjager van groei in onze organisatie: groei in opdrachtgevers en opdrachten binnen, maar vooral ook net buiten de publieke sector. Jij weet als geen ander hoe je deuren opent bij nieuwe opdrachtgevers en hoe je nieuwe kansen herkent . Je bent veel onderweg en krijgt energie van face-to-face contact, waarin je relaties opbouwt en behoeften signaleert die je vertaalt naar concrete samenwerkingen. Wat ga je doen Wat ga je doen? In deze rol ligt je focus op het binnenhalen en ontwikkelen van nieuwe klanten. Je bent ongeveer 70% van je tijd extern: in gesprek met organisaties, bij netwerkbijeenkomsten of onderweg naar potentiële opdrachtgevers. Je onderzoekt waar kansen liggen, legt nieuwe contacten en weet een eerste kennismaking om te zetten in een duurzame klantrelatie. Daarbij verkoop je niet simpelweg een dienst. Je wilt begrijpen wat er binnen een organisatie speelt en waar OnlyHuman daadwerkelijk van waarde kan zijn. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: -het benaderen en bezoeken van potentiële nieuwe klanten; -het opbouwen van relaties met beslissers en andere relevante contacten; -het signaleren van commerciële kansen en nieuwe markten; -het voeren van gesprekken over personeels- en capaciteitsvraagstukken; -het uitwerken en opvolgen van voorstellen; -onderhandelingen en het maken van commerciële afspraken; -samenwerken met je collega's om nieuwe opdrac...
