Als accountmanager new business ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor onze zakelijke klanten binnen het midden- en klein segment. Als accountmanager new business richting jij je volledig op het werven van nieuwe zakelijke klanten voor onze rolcontainerdienstverlening. Je begrijpt dat afvalmanagement voor veel organisaties steeds belangrijk wordt en weet deze ontwikkeling te vertalen naar concrete commerciële kansen. Met jouw commerciële drive weet je bestaande klanten te laten groeien én nieuwe klanten aan te trekken. Je richt je voornamelijk op de groei van nieuwe zakelijke klanten voor onze rolcontainers betreffende restafval, papier/karton en andere bedrijfsafvalstromen. Jij bent volledig verantwoordelijk voor jouw eigen prospecting. Een deel hiervan zijn aangeleverde leads, maar ook het creëren van eigen leads en commerciële kansen behoort tot je taken. In deze functie doe je zowel warme als koude acquisitie. Hierin is er veel telefonisch klantcontact, maar ook zal je de prospects fysiek bezoeken. Het werkgebied betreft Noord Holland, veel onderweg zijn is hierdoor onderdeel van je functie. De bezoeken in de regio omvatten onder meer het in kaart brengen van klantbehoeften en adviseert over passende afvaloplossingen, circulariteit en duurzaamheid. Het doel is om verwachtingen te overtreffen en waarde toe te voegen. Je weet te onderhandelen en uiteindelijk het contract te sluiten.
