Als ACCOUNTMANAGER NL/FR ben jij de schakel tussen technologie en klant in de regio Wallonie. Je begrijpt de uitdagingen van organisaties en vertaalt deze naar concrete, toekomstgerichte oplossingen.

Je beheert je eigen klantenportefeuille en speelt een sleutelrol in de groei van de organisatie, met focus op zowel bestaande als nieuwe klanten.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden als ACCOUNTMANAGER NL/FR:

  • Beheren en uitbouwen van bestaande accounts, zowel Vlaanderen als Wallonië
  • Actief prospecteren en ontwikkelen van nieuwe business
  • Vertalen van klantbehoeften naar passende technologische oplossingen
  • Opstellen en uitvoeren van accountplannen
  • Onderhouden van contacten met stakeholders op verschillende niveaus
  • Signaleren van commerciële opportuniteiten en marktontwikkelingen
  • Samenwerken met interne teams (sales, marketing, product)
  • Vertegenwoordigen van de organisatie op events en bij klanten

REF: MEC1

  • Bachelor werk- en denkniveau
  • Minstens 2 à 3 jaar ervaring in een commerciële rol (buitendienst)
  • Sterke communicatieve en onderhandelingsvaardigheden
  • Klantgericht, resultaatgericht en ondernemend
  • Affiniteit met technologie, telecom of IT is een sterke plus
  • Ervaring met CRM-systemen en MS Office
  • Vlotte kennis Nederlands, perfecte kennis van Frans
