Accountmanager Noord Nederland Amersfoort Dit kun jij verwachten! Deze vacature Accountmanager Noord Nederland (38,75 uur) biedt veel vrijheid, verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Daarnaast wordt hybride werken gecombineerd met aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden, zoals: - Een salaris tot maximaal € 5.500,- bruto per maand op basis van 38,75 uur, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring; - 28 vakantiedagen en 38 roostervrije uren per jaar op fulltime basis; - Een laptop, telefoon en leaseauto; - Een bonusregeling gekoppeld aan vooraf vastgestelde KPI's; - Een thuiswerkvergoeding voor de dagen waarop vanuit huis wordt gewerkt; - Pensioenopbouw bij Pensioenfonds Detailhandel, waarbij meer dan de helft van de premie wordt betaald; - Flexibele arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder de mogelijkheid om vakantiedagen te kopen of te verkopen. Dit ga jij doen In deze veelzijdige functie staat het versterken van klantrelaties en het benutten van commerciële kansen centraal. Je krijgt veel zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid binnen een eigen klantenportefeuille. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit: - Onderhouden en uitbreiden van bestaande klantrelaties en actief genereren van new business; - Uitbouwen en beheren van een eigen klantenportefeuille met ondernemers in de meubelbranche; - Signaleren en analyseren van trends, marktontwikkelingen en ontwikkelingen binnen merken en collecties; - Adviseren van retailers over onder andere merkenmix, merkensegmentatie en collectiekeuzes; - Realiseren van commerciële doelstellingen door autonome groei en het aantrekken van nieuwe klanten; - Het vertegenwoordigen van de organisatie tijdens meerdere beurzen per jaar in Nederland en de omliggende buurlanden; - Begeleiden en adviseren van ondernemers op het gebied van marktontwikkelingen, marketing, personeel en bedrijfseconomische vraagstukken.
