Je bent erg nieuwsgierig in wat de echte behoeftes zijn van jouw klanten. Dit doe je niet alleen want je kan altijd terugvallen op de technische en logistieke expertise van de binnendienst die jou dagelijks zullen ondersteunen. Wij gaan altijd voor de lange termijn relatie en willen daarom ons totaalpakket bieden aan onze klanten. Je bent creatief en zoekt naar mogelijkheden om de klanten zo goed mogelijk te helpen. Je gaat altijd voor de win-win relatie. Daarbij mag je best een keer wat onverwachte extra service bieden als dat zo uitkomt. Onder de streep telt vooral dat de klanten super tevreden zijn. Wat ga je doen? - Bouwen, onderhouden en verdiepen van je relaties in de regio Noordoost Nederland. - Opvolging offertes, onderhandelen en het sluiten van contracten - Het opbouwen van een goede samenwerking met je binnendienst collega's - Investeren in kennis van de branche, bereid jezelf elke dag te verbeteren. - Deelnemen en helpen bij het organiseren van onze events, bijvoorbeeld de informatiemarkt op ons hoofdkantoor in Mijdrecht maar ook op de verschillende vestigingen. Een echte relatiebouwer Mocht je ervaring hebben in de branche, heb je zeker een voorsprong. Dit is niet per se noodzakelijk. Je bent gedreven en gaat graag de uitdaging aan. Doordat je goed kan luisteren en dit kan omzetten in actie, ben jij de persoon die zorgt voor de ultieme klantbeleving. Jij bent het gezicht van Van Walraven en geeft de klant echt persoonlijke aandacht.
